Fan Wu, PhD, Founder and CEO
Since 2018, Fan Wu has been the CEO and Founder of Latsen Technology Ltd. Wu has over 14 years of experience in signal and image processing and FPGA development within the defence industry.
Wu brings extensive expertise in the development of high–performance image and signal processing systems based on FPGAs and SoC devices. Wu has gleaned an expansive portfolio of experience that transcends multiple disciplines from intricate modeling and pioneering algorithm research, to software and hardware development to product, mechanical and system designs through to realization of product. His profound involvement across entire project lifecycles has developed his unique amalgamation of invaluable skills that have ensured innovative and successful outcomes across a wide spectrum of endeavours.
A graduate of the University of Liverpool, Wu holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Martin Pan, MSc
Martin Pan has been the CTO of Latsen Technology since 2018. Pan is an algorithm specialist with over 20 years of experience in cloud computing, big data analysis, and artificial intelligence (AI).
He boasts a career spanning over a decade with renowned global enterprises including UC Mobile, HSBC, and Hewlett Packard. Pan’s leadership expertise in software engineering plays a pivotal role in bolstering the Latsen product and business development initiatives.
Pan majored in Computer Science and received his master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and Information from the University of Liverpool.
